He probably needed someone to provide a proof of their payments so he can provide it further to the affiliate network he's trying to apply for.

That's not the end of the world as there are many networks out there that are auto approval and yea if that's the case then it's a big risk lol

Explain that you are just starting work
and can not provide screenshots
