Hi there,

I've just very recently joined BHW and I'm liking it a lot so far. There's a lot of information here you wouldn't find on other websites like this.

I'd like to expand my social circle by opening up a Twitter account and gaining a lot of followers. By a lot of followers, I mean up to 1000 - 3000 followers. I don't have any money to spend on bots or those special scripts etc. and I operate on a Mac (a lot of the special twitter bot programs use Windows). I'm a very patient man, and I don't mind having to do really long and boring methods, just as long as I can benefit from it and reach my goal of around 3000 followers.

You could run a virtual machine or buy a vps and run a bot on it and get those 3k followers in about 25 days or less. A good bot will only cost you around $25 and it would certainly be worth the investment
 
While time consuming, just manually practice the "Mass Following" method. Go to highly followed pages, click on the tweets and pull up the list of those who have favorited/retweeted and follow them. Twitter allows you to follow up to 1,000 people per day and even manually you can do that in about 45 minutes. Out of 1,000 Followed you should get at least 150-200 Followers back.

This sounds like a method I can work with. Is there some kind of small tool that allows me to do this instantly? And then possibly un-follow the ones that did not follow me back? I am operating on OSX. Thanks.
 
Find the imacros script here on BHW for mass following/favoriting. You'll gain followers in no time. But you should try at least finding a job to be able to purchase a bot though

Don't use any of those follow for follow sites cause the users are useless and unfollow a day later.
 
Manually, though time consuming, might get you higher quality followers than running a bot or so. Good luck to you! :)
 
From my past experiences, fake twitter folowes won't provide sufficient benifits on social media marketing. So now I am trying to make some real but effective followers.
 
Find a large twitter page with your niche or a similar niche, manually follow everyone that follows that larger page. You should have at least 1/4 of the people follow you back
