This is a message for experts onlyfans management agency owners.
I'm pretty much a newbie in this industry but so far in the last 5 months me alone with no employees I scaled 1 AI model to 5 figs x month.
I'm quitting from AI OFM and im switching to OFM, I just signed my first model and created accs on social media platforms on 3 phones that I physically have.
But there is a problem because I have no idea on how to scale the operation and starting to delegate the work of social media management to my new VA's.
Do I need to buy phones for my VA's even if I don't trust them?
Do I need to rent phones? Cloud phones? Emulators?
Or there are softwares that can allow my VA's to have access to my phones and use it like they have it in their hands?
I would like if someone with actual experience in this can help me.
