Virtual cards bins will show as prepaid debit and such cannot be used initially to create threshold Google Ads accounts. However, can be used to manually make payment to Google Ads. But, there are virtual card bins that show as debit or credit card and these can be used initially to create threshold Google Ads accounts. Nobody will usually reveal such sources, as cards, vcc, etc keep getting saturated for usage.
