why not just use "FVD Video Downloader" its a chrome extension, works very well to download videos

Tried. It doesn't work with this kind of video.

It's a RTMP video. I found the video URL analyzing the javascript of the web page. The url is rtmp://etc.etc.etc.
No chrome or firefox extension can download it.

I'm pretty stumped.

Video is pulled using this "link" (not really a link, or not a web page anyway).
rtsp://fs002.pawstream.com:1935/bwtestLive/senstream150

Pawstream.com is not an indexed site, and I cannot load any forms of the above url.

One thing you could do if you really need the video is to use a screen recorder like Camtasia Studio and record the whole video on full screen. Pain in the ass, but it would work.
