Can someone help me out with learning how to develop wordpress plugins i checked on google but those people dont know on what they are talking about can anyone help me out with this problem?

There is documenation on wordpress.org, they have forums on there also but they are not great... But a better place to ask than bhw

Go to codex. wordpress.org and go to the Writing a plugin section. Before go into plugin, take your time to read Action Api and Filter Api of wordpress since plugin is very rely on those both.
