I have a web domain and hosting it through a site... I am trying to create a forum with SML... and I have no idea how to get the files and whatever else from SML to my control panel so I can begin creating my forum etc.... if anyone has the time and good heart to help me and show me through the process on TeamViewer or skypes version of that... I would appreciate it.

My connection isn't currently good enough for teamviewer/skype-screen-share, but if you can take a screenshot of your panel I will help you find out.

Do you know if it is cpanel or parallels or something else branded? Might speed things up.

Create a new folder in your main directory where you main site is, download a .zip/.rar file and past all the files in the new folder.
After that is complete go to yourdomain.com/foldername and you ready to start the installation.

Danny is on track. Cpanel has a file wizard/manager as well as the ability to unzip things.
Do you want your forum on example.com or example.com/forums?
