I need Help: Anyone With Experience to Evaluate a Website?

I have a site that I quite honestly don't care for. It was an old project we did with A*S**** & it got banned. It's ranking number 4 & 5 for it's keyword (I believe it was 18K Exact US), that said number 1 site is pretty much getting all the traffic because of how G decided to show the listings.

Someone contacted me & wants to buy the site & he needs a quote. I don't wanna give it up to low, but I want to get rid of it on the other hand.

Can someone who knows what he/she is talking about take a look & tell me what would be a fair price for it?

the sticky for price quotes is at the top of the thread. sorry i couldnt be more helpful but meathead1234 and others check that thread and give really good estimates, you will need to provide better stats, such as monthly traffic, and any income made.
