Hello friends!!! I have website, with russian content (in the real estate niche) and I need to rank it for google.ru and yandex. The problem is that yandex have filters and not allow young sites on the first page. Can I buy an old domain and use it for satellite? I think to outsource registration in russian directories but what to do after that ? Tactic and tips needed.

Are you sure about that filter. I mean it's a part of every search engines algorithms but, I've managed to get #1 for brand new domains in 8 days.
If there truely is some age filter that's been documented I would recommend you buy an aged domain and focus on ranking that. Then you can 301 it later when your main domain has aged.
PS: Yandex algorithms suck at filtering spam / black hat seo. I rank top 3 for a bunch of keywords without even trying.
