Who can teach me to how to make keywords rank in top place of GOOGLE SERP with the help of black hat tools such as Xrumer,also keep it rank steady for a period of time. I will pay for this if it is really helpful.

if i were you, you should invest your money on buying blogs.. and then join on aln or fbl..

i see good results while using them...

My advice: read the forum, learn how to do everything yourself without tools, then use tools and/or outsource.
