So, you got problem with your BIN on your card. You also have problem with your site/domain. Or even your keywords.
Best thing to do is buy an account that has some impressions already. Also you needed to learn how to cloak if your campaign is against the term.

Same thing happen to new Domain.

Buy a fresh domain and re-write the existing content from your old domain use wix tumblr or any other prelander with mix content for the landing pages. Then buy fresh vps from non popular local companies then run the camping on vps always upload random amount even you have big threshold. You will have more chances for a long journey.

to much gambling site ads in Indonesia. mostly use wix / weebly for their landing page, and i see they run the campaign smoothly without any problem ..
