I need Google Play Developer Accounts - URGENT!

Good Day to all of you! I am in need of Google Play Developer Accounts. US and CA IP Based.
I would like to buy accounts from you guys for 35$-45$, I need as many accounts as you can provide, google has been changing their policy and i have ran out of suppliers. If you are a good person and would like to give me a hand on this please do contact me via skype or just PM me.

Only 35 to 45 dollars? When I was selling google developer accounts I was making 105 an account.

last time I checked, people were paying $125 for each dev account.
I'd sell you mine, but not for 45

I do appreciate your posts guys, and yes it is an unstable price for these type of accounts, as i mentioned before on this thread i have a very low budget at the moment, if you cannot sell me the accounts for the price i am offering there is nothing i can do but try to find someone else, i do appreciate the time you took to replied to this thread.
I need the accounts to upload more Apps, i upload 3-4 apps per account and sometimes google disable the apps or something is wrong with the apps, that is way i am looking for more accounts at this moment.

I would really appreciate someone out there willing to sell me 10-20 or even more accounts every once in a while.
