Insert all your backlinks into already google indexed resource page in another domain name,
and fetch that resource page from google console and request a reindex.
After 1-2 days, check the indexed backlinks manually and remove those from your resource webpage
This works all the time for me, and i indexed over 200 links during past 2 weeks alone

Never do that, Now google is smart...If google not willing to index, mean no value...If let google bot working, google may think you want to get punish

i also want to ask, im using expired domain, when i check indexed pages in search console it said my url/my new post is indexed, but when i check site:mydomain.com it only have 4 pages indexed and its an old page from before the domain expired, no new page. so where is my new post is?
