Hi Mate,

I am eager to learn and get more information about the Google Adwords. So, I am searching a person who can teach me about the Adwords well enough to run a campaign myself and handle a project.

To be Honest I am noit having lot of money, but eager to learn. I can pay for the certification exams. So, If there is any one who have a good heart of teaching me for free of cost. I am proud to have them as my Trainer. I will pay them once I got the certification and get money for running campaign.

I am a Quick learner and always I do practical work to ensure the stuff.

No they are not free, you need to successfully run a $10k campaign in order to become Google Adwords certified partner
 
The exams and certification is free. To become a Google Partner you need to spend 10k on adwords every 90 days
 
They are definitely for free now, just join google partners. Take and retake them for free!

If you want to have an Adwords Certified Company you need to spend 10k in 90 days, but you can become an Adwords Certified Individual for free.

I'm in the same process of learning after completing a seminary done by Google in my town, all that you need to learn are provided. For the advanced part of the exams you need to spend some money in the tool in order to learn more (some questions are based on that.)
 
Adwords Certification program is Free.
I myself hold 3 certified accounts - 1 my own, and 2 for others whose exams i took.

It's not difficult at all. If you have even a month's experience of Adwords, then you even don't need to go through the adwords documents, just take the exam and you would probably pass it.
 
The certification program is free so it shouldn't take anything out of your budget.
