It's better not to mess with nulled themes for serious projects or for projects in general.
Premier and free do not go together. Also, there are free responsive ones which are excellent. I use a free theme for my main money site and it's one of the cleanest themes out there.
With just a minor custom css tweaking you can get some really awesome results.
Simplicity is the best my friend.

Do not use nulled themes when building serious business.
Tell us more about your business, so we can give you some advice or relevant theme.

alsoeach theme author has its own theme which are not at wordpress org

2. Get infected with >insert malware here
3. Create thread asking for help saying someone hacked your sites
4. Stop using nulled themes
5. Pay for theme/use one of 99999999 free themes. (They are not all bad at all, just not to your liking)
6. Rue wasting so much time and energy on saving a few bucks (on a site that you're looking to make money on anyway)
Why not just skip to step 5?

Just let them! Wanting premium themes for free is having a totally wrong attitude anyways, let them find out the hard way
Take a look at the commercial supported GPL themes in the WordPress repository. You can find some great free gems there! https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/

I use Themelia. It's free and fully mobile responsive, and you can do a lot of customizing.
