I own 99v.org and polarchill.org and others and have completely redone the site over the past two days. My codebase is 15 gb and I need a service to host all 15 gb static on a cdn for free.
I have $16 dollars on my debit card so that is my budget, so it has to be free.
no cloudflare pages, github pages, etc
I have 100k weekly users.
Thanks

With your budget and requirements, here are some CDN options you can consider for hosting your 15 GB static files:

1. ArvanCloud

ArvanCloud offers a CDN service with a free tier that can help you host your static files. You can start using their free plan for basic hosting, which might suit your needs if you’re mainly serving static content.

2. BunnyCDN

BunnyCDN offers a pay-as-you-go option with low pricing. While the free tier is limited, their pricing structure is quite affordable, and you can start with their basic plan for minimal cost, especially if you can handle low-cost bandwidth usage.

3. Netlify

Netlify offers free static site hosting with great CDN support. While it may not support the full 15 GB for free, their pricing is competitive and could be worth looking into if you’re willing to balance with some lower-cost paid options as needed.

4. jsDelivr

jsDelivr is a free CDN service for hosting open-source files and static content. It might be a bit tricky for private sites, but it’s worth checking if you can work with the platform’s terms.

5. Vercel

Vercel provides free hosting for static sites with fast CDN delivery. If your content is optimized well, their free plan could be sufficient to handle your static files.

In your case, you might need to mix and match or consider a basic paid CDN service that allows you to scale as needed. Since you have 100K weekly users, the free tiers might have limitations, but these options should help you get started.

Let me know if you’d like more details about any of these options!

By the way, with 100K weekly users, have you thought about monetizing your traffic? With the right strategy, you could easily generate revenue. There are networks that specialize in serving ads for high-traffic sites like yours, especially for static content.

If you’re interested, I could suggest some ad networks that would fit your needs. Let me know if you’re exploring monetization options!
