I am a college guy on break back at home and I am so sick of eating the stuff that is in my house. (I was spoiled at college with an all you can eat buffet everyday) My diet at home right now consist of frozen pizzas, eggs, and sandwiches. I need some suggestions that are easy and quick to make as I am no cook.

Thanks in advance and does anybody else have this problem? lol sometimes i wish I could take a month off from eating. (well, i guess i could theoretically take a month off from eating and maybe survive but that wouldn't be fun, gandhi did it for about 3 weeks i think)

Try hamburger helper and the other similar meals you can find around the same section in the store. I hate cooking but those are super easy and tasty

And what is wrong with that? ;)

If you are looking for cheap, go with chicken ramen noodles, when it is just about all done, drain all the liquid, minus a half inch of water, add one egg and lightly mix it in... mmmmm, delicious and yummy!

You know, you could do the mature thing and learn how to cook. You may even develop a love for it and learn to create your own concoctions.

Buy ready made items and you will not have to spend a minute in the kitchen.

Quinoa bro. I make it with chicken broth or just water, google the basic preparations. But the cool thing is that you can chill it too, so I put some pistachio or cashews in it and then some dried cranberries and a cup of orange juice and squeeze of lime and its high protein, high fiber, great for you and kicks out some slow bun energy unlike jet fuel refined sugars. Every once in a while just eat a table spoon of raw coconut oil with sea salt sprinkled on it, mega energy and great for your digestion, hair, skin, etc....

I take my food and wellness serious though, and fuck oprah she doesn't know shit with her fat ass.

Buy some whey protein. You need a certain amount of protein daily anyway. It's almost like a meal replacement.

It's in The Lounge section. I don't see how it's out of basis considering the myriad of other off-topic subjects that fly up in the Lounge.

It's the lounge, plus, what better place can I find out what other internet marketers eat? This was just a quick stupid thread for the lounge. No big deal.

What internet marketers eat ? We are also human beings and have the same dietary requirements as other professionals.

Purchase some pasta, leave it to soften and expand in boiling water, add bolognese sauce and eat. It is a delicious meal. For more culinary advice, I would recommend that you visit the appropriate websites. More relevant information could be found there.

I put a couple of cups of rice into a large bowl, add 2 cans of veggies, water and all (corn and peas or green beans), 4 more cups of water, microwave it for 15 mins, then add 2 cubes of boullion and other seasoning (garlic salt, pepper...), mix it up, mike it for another 15 mins at 60% power, pull it out, mix it up, add spaghetti sauce and some cheese, mix well and serve... It's inexpensive and it's tastes good. (Great for low budgets).

Of course, that feeds 3-4... so you probably would have to reduce the recipe for just you. ;)
