I need english to Nepali translator.

Hello everyone,
I have 75 books about Leadership, a few popular Novel and some books by the worlds famous writer. I need them to be translated in Nepali. We have agreed to translate with respective writers and authorities. We are going to publish them in Nepali language. The accuracy must be at least 90%. The time can be determined on mutual understanding.
