i am looking for somewhere that i can upload my email lists to and send out bulk emails.

they must hit the inbox instead of the spam box.

i prefer using pommo that comes with softaculous.

so if any one have this software or website and give me for use or suggest me some good website or software thanks

Ahh you may be looking for get response type websites there are few popular services such as getresponse, aweber, icontact, Benchmark Email, Pinpointe, Constant Contact, Mailigen, GraphicMail, Campaigner
Most of these services has free trial or free service before you upgrade.

my biggest issue with mailchimp is how they can't find their way out of the gmail promotions tab
