not likely to happen for that price range
I've seen them in the range of $500-$1000. It's actually some work to make those, as eBay is wising up to quick methods of removing the holds and it may take up to a year before limits are lifted. Also, getting those accounts may not be a panacea like you think. You get limits lifted selling $1 socks and you start listing new laptop computers, and the BANG, you get hit with a restriction and request to turn in paperwork.
