I Need Dating Signups

Hi,
I would like to hire someone who can get me at least 15 free signups (US based)on an adult dating site on a daily basis.
I would pay $1 per signup on a NET15 basis.
Payment would be made by paypal.
It could turn out to be a long term venture if quality leads are provided.
The signups must be real people and no bots or ip changing softwares.

To be a valid member, the referral must satisfy the following conditions:

a) be male, AND
b) be 25 years of age or above, AND
c) have created a complete profile on one of Qpid Network's member sites and verified his e-mail, AND
d) be a resident of and have registered via an IP address from one of the following countries: United States, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Norway, New Zealand.
