  • Set up
  • Then enter my computer. Open settings File Explorer property of hidden files shows.
  • Enter Program Data in C(Local Disc)
  • Enter TechSmith in Program Data
  • Enter Camtasia Studio 19 in TechSmith
  • Open RegInfo file.

Cant you just record and pass the footage in vegas or any other editing software? I cant see a proffesional using camtasia this days.


They are all over OBS and ShadowPlay. I mean its pretty neat if you have GTX/RTX GPU

I actually installed and then uninstalled OBS, I was used to Camatasia and had no time to learn OBS.

It really depends on a person's setup, techie skills, or lack thereof and their desire to keep it simple or keep it complicated.

The average person is not going to think about adding GTX/RTX GPU because they likey won't understand the benefits versus the costs.

But you are right about that setup; it is a BEAST!.

My only thing is, I setup "1" machine to use with Camtasia and "1" machine to use with Adobe After Effects and Premier.

I never experience any bloating or CPU hiccups.

That stated, it looks like the OP has found what he was looking for!

Its really a matter of the Build, on my pc i can run everything with out issue (heavy load PS/AE)
