my situation is ive had 11 sites for over 2 years and im not making any money and dont get alot of traffic on most of them

i need someone to teach or guide me in getting traffic, or just get me guaranteed consistent traffic. not really with blackhat ways, like using 50 accounts for something, or using bots or windows apps, i use a mac

i only have $60 to spend

Short term (immediate traffic) : social media
Long term : quality content on your websites
Maybe focus on 1 or 2 websites at first

.. or paid traffic.
doesn't necessarily needs to be from adwords, could be shoutouts, cooperation with similar sites etc

As the other guys said, if you want immediate traffic you could start posting on Facebook groups, or building Pinterest pages of your niche and promoting it to get followers, that seems to be working best for most of IM'ers out there. And while you do that you could also work on a little SEO to build a source of constant targeted traffic, and that 'little' depends on the competition of the keywords that you are using in your website.
