I need comparison sites and review sites

I want to order comparison and review sites of a niche i choose.
I want the viewers to be able to compare different products of the same category.
This should generate trust between the visitors and the promoted products.
I also need review texts written for each product.
I want to offer this service internationally. So I will also need a german version.
I will provide the translation (or hire somebody to translate ?!).
I will take care of hosting and the domain name.
I need you also to put in the affiliate links of the products I choose.
I need a full service and I am looking for a long term partnership so I can source out my ideas for new projects as I do not have the time to do everything on my own.

Can you deliver such a service ?
