I need Cheap and secure VPS.

Requirements:
Remote desktop Connections.
1GB Ram
80-100 GB HDD (Need More GB in future.)
All necessary things for web hosting server.(cpanel, Ip, etc.)
Unlimited bandwidth with Good and High speed Net Connection.

Kloxo is not for starters. You will probably need managed vps.

I recommend you to use VPS window. (window 2003 or 2008 due to low requirement) It is very easy to use.

I want one with
1gb ram
1gbps(better) speed or 100mbps
low disk space like 10GB(I'm fine with such space)
100 GB bandwidth.
duel core processor or like that.

If want to do hosting - go for linux offers. If you want to install seo tools - take Windows VPS.
For linux I recommend ChicagoVPS or quickweb.co.nz.
For Windows this looks really nice (check review):
