I need bot that makes video views on VAST tags !

Hey guys ,
I am looking for a bot that makes video views ,
Calling a VAST tag by rotating UA , IP, OS etc. , get a wrapper and view the video ad .
I know it does exist such bot , but I cant find it .
Or if anyone can create such , let me know .
