I am seeking blackhat SEO services for some links and negative press that has been spread about my company on google. The main link is on the first page of google. We are looking to d-index or push the links away from the first page. We need quick service if possible.

You're not looking for Black Hat SEO, you are looking for online reputation management (ORM). This kind of thing typically is not a quick service or a deindex away. Even if it is a fast effort, prepare to shell out good money for it. Best of luck.

ORM is costly, but it's the only you for you to about it. It requires a good budget and takes time, so be prepared.
