Get the bot custom made. It doesn't seem that complicated. The best way to go about it would be to just look around freelancer websites and get some quotes. Make sure you don't share your specs publically, but rather talk to people privately so that your idea remains safe, etc.

It's a custom yt bot and it's being done already 100 times over on yt but that doesn't mean you can't give it a go also...just search custom yt bot on the googs you will find it.

I saw it like 2 years ago somewhere don't have the link but it exist, something like yt news bot.alot of channels were grabbing the news and convert w text to speech programs etc if I find it will let u know but do a search you probably can find it.

Or look in the marketplace here I think a guy makes custom bots in marketplace too.
