My first question is: How can i communicate preferably Instant messaging. Confidentially and in private.

Second question is: How many proxys would i need not to be tracked back to my IP. Im not talking about
soomeone in there mums house. im talking big companys..

If you want real privacy, do it in person. Otherwise use TOR and Omegle and hope it connects you to the right person

Regarding the proxies, it depends on what you use them for and the threat model. For example, if for browsing, you might be detected if you have javascript/flash/etc enabled despite the use of proxies/tor/vpn.

Given that, some combination of SOCKS, VPN & TOR will probably suffice.
