I need an expert in google shopping and performance max campaign.

I am running a campaign for an e-commerce website on a budget of $50 on Google shopping and $20 on performance max daily. I still cant get enough inquiries but I have a competitor who runs $10 campaign and is having more inquiries and orders than me. I don't have access to his ad setting so I cant see what he is doing.

I want to know if an expert can audit my campaign and see if am doing something wrong
