I had my own Facebook ads account but it was blocked.

Now I want to creat a fake U.S. FB account.
Tell me please what is better to use: proxy or vpn?
(advice me please where can I buy it?)

The 2nd question is:
What is the better way to pay for facebook ads - VCC, PayPal or maybe $50 vauchers?
(also can you advice me some verified sellers?)

pretty sure there are lots of sellers here. But if you create fake account, I suggest you buy VPS instead of VPN or proxies because you need to have your fake account look legit and by that, you need to at least spend 2 weeks to make it appear as one before you decide to sign up for ADS. Otherwise, you will just waste your time and money.

Why not just buy one ADS-ready account?

As for payment method, best is Paypal (if you could get a good standing one) so you could just simply fund your paypal the right amount and saves you from paying extra costs on funded VCC's. Also, voucher would work, particularly, if you plan on spending a lot on your ads.

Private internet access is a cheap vpn, but why don't you just clear your browsers cache, and pull your modem out the wall for 5 mins and plug it back in? That should do the trick

it will work only with the dynamic ip`s if his provide has assigned him with a fix ip address than its not gonna work. As far as my opinion is concerned buy a quality proxy to have this job done... by the way, what is the reason behind getting banned?
