You are going to need a research team, 5 or so years and $50 million in funding for that.
Not even the big tech Bois can pull off TTS that sounds exactly human. The tech isn't just there yet.
Otherwise if you need high quality TTS, Amazon Polly, Murf.ai and ElevenLabs are prolly the best out there.

Try lovo.ai or Synthesys. They don't sound exactly like humans, but they are very close.

I have this problem- when I put my lava mic into my huawei andoid, my voice sounds horrible and try speech to text with google docs, the outputs are hieroglyphs instead my soken english words. I don't know to fix this any ideas ?
On the other side when I use my lava mic with my mac 2012 usb and quicktime the sound output is very good and clear. Do I need some special settings on the huawei android?
So with google docs it not works well as speech to text, it writes hieroglyphs...

Ahem moment ...I mean when I record a video myself with face on cam with my android and use my lava mic too with android phone , then my voice sounds really bad.
When I use the USB port of my mac mini 2012 and record the audio with quicktime, then it's s sound super ,crazy weird.
That means that smartphones audio is really bad.....

If the voice you have doesn't sound human, you can use Deepfakes to recreate it.

But it takes a lot more work than people care to realize.
Not only can you clone your voice but you can also play around with the advanced features regarding variability and similarity to get the AI to emote vocally.
You also have to play around with the script because ElevenLabs doesn't process all words strung in a certain order the same way.
With a lot of experimentation, you can get exact human speech.
This works great for YouTube videos as well as for AI-powered human presentation videos.
But it takes quite a bit of training work initially.
Once you get the hang of it, it's smooth and saves a tremendous amount of time and money down the road.
