I need Adwords HELP !

I am based in India, and i am facing a new issue from last 1 week. Whatever account i create, and whatever campaign i make in those accounts, all of them just get few impressions, irrespective of the Budget or Bids.
The message i get on the ads is "We are showing your ads occasionally because of your budget". I know all of you guys will ask me to raise my daily budget, which i did to $500 and bids to $2, which should be normally $0.50 and budget should be $100 per day.
I don't know what's going on, facing this for the first time!

Please help guys!!

Check your targeted location. do you have enough reach or try to contact google support. i had faced this issue previously because of location.

Thanks brother for your reply, but i am targeting USA as a country. Don't know what can be the issue :(
 
In this case I am betting on that your account is put under a limit due to trust/reputation and Google is limiting their risk in case you run funds up and won't pay.

Did you already paid a few invoices before?

Pure risk management.

Reaching out to Google will most likely get you no where, get the first few invoices paid and it will most likely be a smooth ride after that depending on your campaigns.

Or seek out a good provider that can provide you with a good account with a good rep.

IN my case it is a Pre-pay account. I mean, i have $100 balance and my account budget is $100. What's wrong?
 
Are you sure that your cpc on campaign group and keywords level is correct?

When you switch it from auto bidding to manual cpc it usually resets at 0,01$, which can give you virtually none impressions.

Or, is it a Youtube campaign by any chance? Maybe you've put total budget instead of daily one (you should have total budget option available in video campaigns)

You said it have been happening since last week, before that you didn't have this problem? Or is it your first try?

If suddenly all your accounts behave the same way probably its because those accs triggered something in the Google Ads system and probably are under review like @Waddup pointed out.
If you accounts are legit go ahead and contact their support, they will help you to sort it out.

But if official support is not an option, just discover what kind of footprint are you leaving behind and improve your account creation method.

You running USA, it is the most expensive country as far as CPC goes, also check your settings, there might be something triggering higher bids.

Just gone though the discussion adding few more possibilities

1 - You added few low search volume keyword
2- May be you added few negative keyword which are restricting lots of user search
3 - You are bidding Low with low budget. Use Automated CPC maximized for click and let the google decided and you can be sure that this is not issue for CPC and budget
4- You may have adowrds suspension / policy violation history and google bot is watching you activity.
 
Here is a simple solution that works for me. Pause the campaign, wait for 1 hour and enable it again, then it's performance would become better. But, do not do this too often. I do it once every 24 hours.

Sure brother, will try it.
 
You can try this trick, change the bid strategy for 1 day then again change the bid strategy to older one . This way campaign will be again start from learning stage and things may change
 
What i understood is that it is a internal system review. You'll get impressions, and almost 99% of campaign won't work. You can get a click or two in 24 hours. So just wait it out and don't change your bids or anything.
