I don't think anyone would publicly share their methods.
But I'll give you some tips.
You need to find the countries that have Google Ads credit offer going on.
Then you need real residential proxy from that location along with real address, vcc or credit card from a bank of that country and your business tax details. (BH way is to use bins, steal business tax details etc that is not endorsed on this forum and you should avoid doing it. This can land you in jail for credit card fraud. You never mess with stolen or hacked cards.)
Then you need a bit of luck and proper campaign setup to get the ball rolling.

You should buy an account.
Try do decode it.
Look at the mails, vps, payment methods. Take a look what browser they using. I was using Firefox.
Try to outsource mails with same extension, undetected vps and payment methods (direct bank accounts, VCC or PayPal).
I was creating those accounts using paypal method (Australian accounts). But that is not working now.
Try to create accounts with multiple variations.
Test test test....... And success

Any recommedation for proxy? Im testing rn bigmama.proxy but not sure if its the best option for it. Actually 7 days farming createdgoogle account on same IP with dolphin browser.
