Can you suggest me how to improve my skills in photoshop?

you need a bit more symmetry and more imagination , the firs is not look so good looks like he have big arms and legs the second you need to make it more symmetrical the third is ok

Your designs are okay but they can use some polishing. Taking an use my course or watch full graphic design series would help you go a long way. I also noticed your designs lacked imagination

To better answer your question. You need to buy some online photoshops courses. I think Udemy marketplace has several courses.

At first, I'd like you to know that logo isn't supposed to be created on photoshop. Although, few people use it for coloring the hardest part of their logo.
Logos are meant to be created in Illustrator. Photoshop is a raster-based software while Illustrator is a vector-based software. I'd like you to first study what graphics designing really is, what kind of software could be used to do specific kinds of tasks and similar stuff. About the process of creating a logo, designers usually first roughly sketch their ideas into a sheet of paper and then starts digitalizing it with the help of Adobe Illustrator.

The second photo manipulation looks pretty dope, IMO. Good luck with getting started with graphics designing.
