I need advice for the Amazon Affiliate program and Social Media

So, my current strategy (in short) is to create review videos and upload them on YouTube. I've read through the Amazon Affiliate TOS and Operating Agreement and I never read anything specifically saying that you couldn't use social media sites (unless I missed it).

Anybody else promoting Amazon products on YouTube specifically with success? If so, how long have you been doing it for? Also, if you know that Amazon doesn't accept social media traffic, please link/show me the page where they state it.

I know I can create an Amazon review website and link to it, but I'd rather not because this way is much easier for me.

I just started implementing my method a day ago and made a sale already. I don't want to scale up if it's against the TOS or if I have a chance of getting banned.

There have been post made about getting Amazon bans for using YouTube and other social media sites.

One of the biggest problems is Amazon bans accounts that dont display their Discloser Statement.

I have posted Amazon affiliate links in YouTube descriptions in the past but have since pulled them. Its just not worth the risk in my opinion.

Also; to be on the safe side; put a disclaimer in the video description !

Can i use an european bank account and receive direct deposit there? with the US partner program i mean.
Or the only options available are check and payoneer?
