Guys i need some advice on how i can buy a page safely from someone i have never meet? there is a good twitter page which i have been wanted to buy it for a long time and today finally the owner reply my DMs with the price, so am asking how can we do the trade safely, am afraid i might send him/her the money then he/she will disappear forever with my money, any advice will be appreciated.

I've never used Escrow but I would be careful especially with a Twitter as they can be pulled back pretty quickly.

PayPal works pretty well for me. If you provide enough information that you don't have access to the account, surely you'll get your money back. I had once to speak to the operator, as the amount that I was going to be scammed was pretty big, but it all turned out pretty well at the end.
