I need advice about link-selling in DP

Dear fellow members,

I am a noob here, so need all of yours friendly tips and advice. Basically I have a site with PR-5 (Home page is PR5 and some other pages of PR4 and 3 also) and a site with PR-4 (Home page is PR4 and some other pages of PR3 also). The sites are about natural health / nature-cure niche.Links will be placed at the bottom of the page. I want to sell links from my sites in DP. I'll be very grateful if you guys clear my following confusions on this regard,

1.) How much should I charge for a link from PR-5, 4 and 3 ? Should I charge monthly basis or yearly basis or life-time ?
2.) How many links I can put in a single page with PR-5, 4 and 3 ? I just don't want to over-sell, so that the links get moderate link juice.

Please guys help me about above questions and I'm sorry for my poor English.

Dont know how much you should charge, but what I do is that I charge on a monthly basis, and give 6 months for the cost of 5 months and a year for the cost of 10 months ( basically discount if he purchases for long time). About number of links, I personally dont go above 7-8, but if you dont have too many other outgoing ******** links, maybe 10 -12 also will be fine. Dont know about prices, because it depends on the interest in your niche. You can start high, but if no one seems to be interested, just create a new thread with lower prices.

1) Look through the listings and see what other people are asking, for PR 5 / PR 4 links... take the average, and add 10-15% to it. Keep that as your minimum rate for a yearly link; and as someone suggested above, charge more for the monthly (or give a discount for yearly).

2) Place your starting offer with just 1 or 2 links, at that price. If there are too many responses, you know you're under-charging; you can then reprice the balance. If there are no responses, wait for a couple of days and then post a new offer with a lower price.

DON'T give a lower price offer on your original thread; it gives people the idea that you are not sure, and may come down more. Instead, either let the old thread die out (or request a mod to delete it) and give a NEW offer.

Unless you're getting a fantastic sum, go with a monthly / quarterly / yearly offer; you want to have the flexibility to change around as and when you can.

7 links 2$ per month, if you got like 5 PR 4 pages that will be an easy 56$ a month, rinse and repeat.

PR 5, I believe people would pay 15/m for each link, PR 4, 8-10/m, and PR 3, 5-6/m

Traffic plays a factor too and if it is sidewide or not.

PR4 - $15/month
PR5 - $25/month

Yes PR5- 30$/month some people also pay you more then that
and PR4 - 20$/month.
DP people easily pay you this much amount.
