I need adsense help

Hello there.

For your information, i have a hosted adsense account that i created for youtube monetization.
I made a small money from it.

Now i want to upgrade it to fully account to place it at my site..

My problem is i keep getting reject when i try to upgrade it with many reason from google.
I already fix it and everytime i fix it the result will still same . REJECTED

I need someone who can borrow me their site space until i get approve to upgrade my adsense
