I need admin email changed on my WP site.

Hi,
Ive been looking everywhere for a solution to this. A couple well marketer's in my space have taken their authority to new lows by not letting my wordpress site free. To make a long story short, I paid for a wp site w/SSL which no resides on their server. When the dust settled, I said I wanted all my webpages & sites associated with them off their servers and give them to me outright. (Its my domain and all that jazz) So i go into admin on my site and need to change the admin email in order to migrate out. Any suggestions on ANY way to get through this?

its very simple in dashboard go to settings and click on general and change email ,Save it, done.

Should be pretty simple then. Log into pma, go to the users table (wp_user or similar) and change the email from there.

The one he needs to change is at the wp_options table

Umm not sure.. Probably. Haven't touched wp for a while lol. I would also search for the email address in all tables, and replace all instances.
 
In the phpMyAdmin window, you will see your database listed in the left column. Clicking on it will show you all the tables inside it. You need to locate the _options table and click to open it.

It will now show you the data rows inside the options table. You need to click on the ‘Edit’ button next to the row where option_name is ‘admin_email’.
phpMyAdmin will now open the row in a form where you can just go ahead and change the admin email for your site.
 
at phpmyadmin there is a table wp_user change email from there and also change in w_options table too.

Damn, @Veil123 was right. Sorry for the mis-info. That is ugly db structure nevertheless. Congrats wordpress. :D
