i need a wp functions.php decoded

I have donwloaded a wp template and put it on my site. Now the problem is that when i am not logged in as admin, i see a link in the footer to the following website: weboy . org

i have searched all day how to decode it but without success.

if anyone can help me decode i would appreciate it, the file is attached to this post
