I need a wordpress theme..

here are the steps you need:
1.setup WP
2.choose one from all the premium themes shared here (search function would come in handy)
3.create PAGES, not posts
4.change the home page to your newly created home page instead of default

what this does is you have a great site without trouble of setting HTML template or menus or so, easly managable. You can use plugins such as SEO All in On, SEO booster (download section again), link deamon etc (few that came to my mind), which WILL help you in SEO. also (xml sitemap, almost forgot it)

Search the forum for WP Affiliate Pages. This should be what you're looking for.

if you aren't a coder then stick on to thesis or builder themes and use static pages instead of dynamic posts...this way you'll not mess up wordpress
