1 gb ram, 20gb disk, cpu 2.4 ghz and 1000 gb bandwidth linux or windows.
Haven't tried it yet but hey it's free and not a time limit.

you haven't search enough here in BHW, that been said you can get a free windows vps for a year from amazon. just follow these steps, I was running massplanner 2 in it but had to move on since it was not enough for me anymore.
