Also there is to much scammers here that will allow pay pal payment because they have ways to extract the money in 20-40 min after you send it to them and article will be published and because of queue it will be needed at least 30-90 min article ti be seen from admin and approved or deleted and usually deleted if dont have notability.
Though you are protected because pay pal will protect you but be very carefull to put your adress and never announce that is service in the claim box always use (wikipedia service ) not article or page.
With latest updates of wikipedia even 2k is too low
