Its very simple rent one vps or dedicated and pay 2usd extra for every ip, you whant 3312321 IP , best VPS for 10$ and if are possible too cook in this money and make clean in your house? F.... scamers & spamers

OVH is really cheap. 16 ips for 2 dollars each as a one time fee per vps.
