Anyone knows a service that doesn't ban for sending bulk mail? I have searched all around the forum and I couldn't find any

I have a couple of friends who use ovh and speak very highly of them but what makes you think they're more tolerent of bulk mailing?

The problem is with the spam complaints, not with bulk mailing.

OVH changed their policy and are no longer suitable for bulk mailing. Try some russian VPS . I can setup a bulk mail server for you if you need it - just PM me or skype: bpb_grinda

We can setup a VPS for you on our server, we're hosted in India. No problems for Mass emailing however we have strict policies for spam/bounce related emails.
