Just use someone like OVH - then you can just keep reloading OS.
Or depending on the reason, you could get a small dedicated server, install hyper V, install OS as a VM, create a checkpoint then every time you done whatever it is you have to do, restore checkpoint to remove all traces.

Hello. You need the virtual machine software? Then you can just be able to google and find the best that works out for you. There are very many freeware VMs available today and you can make good use of them. It only requires installation and the operating system. If you are not familiar with these things then you can get in touch so as to help where I can.
