I need a "virtual" dynamic IP service for social sites

I'm currently staying in a hotel for a month or two and I normally use VPN's most of the time when I need to change my IP for anything. But social sites, as you know, have blacklisted most of the regular VPN proxies out there. I'm willing to pay for a monthly service for more unique dynamic IP's. Is there anything possible like this where I don't have access to the router/internet service in this hotel? I don't even know what I'm looking for.

I assumed it would be called a virtual dynamic IP or remote dynamic IP or something, but all I find when I google that is "Dynamic IP DNS" which is not what I want. Any advice or anyone know the name of these types of services? I realize it may still just be called VPN, but all the VPN's I've found seem to use the same mirrors/IP's that the other companies use.

Please disregard. I found what I was looking for and answered my own question just now "Dedicated IP" is what I needed as opposed to "Shared IP". I've been at this since 2005. I should really know these things by now lol. Anyways all I found were expensive services and think I was (unrealistically) looking for a way to get dedicated IP's for a dollar or less. Sigh.

Aren't private proxies designated to do this work? (at least for www)
