I need a very basic yet professional and visually impressive WooCommerce store designed and built

I live in Canada where online mail-order marijuana dispensaries have become popular. I need one of these designed and built.

I know what I want, I just need it built. I want a very basic WooCommerce (or other Wordpress based ecommerce solution) store which will only have a couple of pages and one single "store" page that displays a small number of products.

HOWEVER, although the store will be small and basic, I want it to be very professional looking and very visually impressive. I will be selling a small selection of very expensive, high-end marijuana so I want my store to really "wow" people when they see it, compared to the dull boring stores that other people have.

I don't care about SEO or any of that stuff. I just want the store to really WOW people so it matches the high-end product I'm selling and makes people want to buy from me based on how nice the website looks.
