I need a VA.

My requirements for you:
* Highly avaliable in my timezone for quick work that comes spontaniously, but I'm usually a night owl so a later timezone is fine but an earlier one isn't as long as you're not one too (Europe/Stockholm, it's 17:40 now for reference)
* Avaliable on Discord, cba to use Skype and I want a Discord group with 2-3 good VA's so that, in the future, the first one to be online and avaliable can do what I need straight away
* Able to take payment in PayPal (but this is flexible, if you live in a country where PayPal isn't permitted, I'm open to any other method as long as I'm able to use my credit or bank card)
* Problem-solving (if it dosen't work, fix it, don't come to me)
* Good at communicating (your english dosen't have to be good, I couldn't care less, I just want regular updates, always)
* Careful and attentive to detail, show that you are by mentioning your timezone, regular work hours and your Discord username (note that a DC username always contain # followed by 4 numbers) in your first PM to me on here (don't ask me to PM you as a reply, note that the rules only allow users with an active Jr VIP, Premium or Marketplace seller subscription to reply, so same goes for sending me that PM)
* NOT a team, I want a person that I can get to know
* Honest, don't tell me you've worked for more than you have, if you need more money, just tell me

Benefits of working for me:
* I'll pay you better than I see most are paying, we'll start off with $4 an hour (I'll probably try out a few), and over time, if we're a match, I'm open to incrementally higher it to about $5-6 an hour
* I'm very results oriented so if you're working really really fast, don't lie about your work hours, you'll get compensated fairly according to results, not according to time. I hate it when I get compensated per hour and work more efficiently than others, so I don't reward many hours, I reward results. If you're able to produce stuff 2x as fast as the rest, you're worth more than 2x per hour than the rest
